The focus of the adult day center is on recreation and leisure.  Programs are designed to restore, strengthen, and maintain well being.  The benefits of therapeutic recreation and music therapy include opportunities for:  mental and physical stimulatin, peer interaction, community involvemnt, building self esteem and self worth, gaining or rekindling past interests, and identifying methods of self expression.  Our structured programs help to reduce anxiety and bring comfort through a sense of belonging.
